Offer status and booking
The website accepts non-binding enquiries. Sending an email alone does not create a paid booking. These terms describe planned lessons from 15 December 2026.
Before a contract is concluded, you will receive the provider’s full details, lesson content and number, dates, total price, payment details, due date and these terms by email in a form you can retain. A contract is formed only by your express email acceptance of that offer. A legal guardian acts for minors. The contract language may be Czech, Ukrainian, English or French as mutually agreed.
Prices and lessons
The first 45-minute lesson is free with no obligation to continue. Further individual lessons cost 290 CZK (≈ 11.91 €) / 45 minutes. The 20% group discount gives a price of 232 CZK (≈ 9.53 €) per person / 45 minutes. The base prices apply to weekday lessons. Weekend courses have the final prices below, including a 10% surcharge; there are no other mandatory extras. Group size and composition are agreed in advance. There is no automatic renewal or subscription.
Individual: 319 CZK (≈ 13.11 €) / 45 minutes. Group: 255.20 CZK (≈ 10.48 €) per person / 45 minutes.
The surcharge is calculated from the price of the chosen lesson format. The first 45-minute lesson remains free.
Lessons take place online via Google Meet. You need internet access, a device with a microphone and a compatible browser or app. You cover your own device and connection costs. Payment is by bank transfer under the confirmed offer; details can be corrected by email before acceptance. Lessons do not guarantee a particular examination result.
Rescheduling
Email as soon as possible to change a time; a replacement is agreed subject to availability. These terms impose no cancellation fee. If the teacher cancels or experiences a technical problem, she will offer a replacement or refund the missed lesson. Unused prepaid lessons are settled on termination according to lessons actually delivered.
Consumer withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of conclusion, for example by email. Sending notice within that period is sufficient. Payments are refunded within 14 days of notice using the same method unless another method is agreed without extra cost.
Paid lessons may start within that period only at your express request. On subsequent withdrawal, a proportionate charge for services already supplied applies only where statutory requirements and information duties have been met. The right ends on full performance only with prior express consent to starting and acknowledgement that this ends the right. An enquiry or acceptance of these terms is not such consent.

Complaints and disputes
Report a lesson defect by email, identifying the lesson, problem and requested remedy. You will receive confirmation of receipt, complaint details and requested resolution, followed by the outcome or reasons for rejection. Consumer complaints including remedy are handled without undue delay, within 30 days unless an extension is individually agreed. Depending on the defect, remedies may include correction, a proportionate discount or statutory withdrawal; legal rights remain unaffected.
If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, via coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/. Apply within one year of first raising the claim with the provider. Czech law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under otherwise applicable law.
Website content and terms version
Learning materials are for personal study; redistribution requires the relevant rights holder’s permission. Copyright applies only to legally protected content within the respective authors’ rights; statutory exceptions remain. Updated terms do not change existing contracts without agreement. Czech, Ukrainian, English and French texts provide the same information; ambiguities will be clarified before contracting.
