Purposes and legal grounds

Name, email, messages, language level and availability are used to answer enquiries and arrange lessons (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Lesson, payment and billing records are used to perform the contract and meet legal duties (b and c). Necessary correspondence may be retained to defend legal claims (f, legitimate interest in protecting those claims).

Enquiry details are voluntary; a contact address is needed to reply. Details required for a contract or accounting document are necessary to process it. Do not send health information or identity documents. A legal guardian arranges lessons for minors; only necessary learning details are requested.

How the website works and recipients

The email button only opens your email app. This website does not submit your draft to a database; you send it yourself in your app. Email is handled by Seznam.cz and your mail provider; online lessons use Google Meet. Necessary information may also be received by contracted IT, accounting or legal providers and authorised public bodies.

Hosting is provided through ChatGPT Sites. When the page loads, the hosting provider processes technical connection details such as IP address and browser information under its policies. The site’s own code adds no advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels or browser storage. Hosting mechanisms are governed by the provider’s rules.

Global providers may process information outside the EEA. Their policies below describe recipient rules, processing locations and transfer mechanisms. You may request details of a specific transfer and applicable safeguards by email.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are retained for no more than 12 months after the last contact. Contract correspondence is retained during lessons and normally for 3 years afterwards to protect legal claims; during a dispute, until resolution and expiry of applicable periods. Accounting and tax records are kept for the statutory period applicable to each document type. Data is then deleted unless further retention is legally required.

Your rights

Email to request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where legally applicable, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent is used, it may be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing. Requests are normally handled within one month; any lawful extension will be explained. You may complain to the Czech data protection authority (uoou.gov.cz). Arranging lessons involves no automated decision-making or profiling.
